Private, Medicare and Workcover clients welcome
Private appointments are those paid wholly by yourself or by the contribution of your private health insurance. Medicare appointments are those paid wholly or in-part by Medicare. Workcover or medico-legal appointments are those paid for by your workplace, an insurance company or another third party.

Appointment costs vary depending on the length of the appointment, the type of treatment program and the type of service being provided. However as a guide:
- Standard Medicare appointments incur a 'gap' fee of $27.50 (with Medicare contributing around $90 for those with a MHCP).
- Patients referred prior to April 2021 can continue to use no-gap fee appointments to complete their treatment.
- Longer Medicare appointments (eg over 50 minutes) incur 'gap' fees of between $50 and $80 depending on the length of the appointment.
- Private appointments are costed at $90 for a 40 minute consultation or $50 for a 20 minute consultation.
- Workcover and like appointments are changed at the standard industry rate (currently around $190 per hour).
- Late notice cancellations (less than 3 hours) and non attendance without cancellation incur fees ($25-$50).
- A deposit may be requested to hold your appointment.
- Patients under financial stress or in exceptional circumstances who are unable to access Medicare rebates can apply for reduced private fees or a one off 'pro bono' (no cost) consultation.
- Note: All appointment times allow an extra 10 minutes for administration, assessment and treatment planning.
